We like to call these our underappreciated cuts as you may not immediately think about them when dreaming of a dry aged craft steak. However, we don’t want you to miss out as these versatile, slow cooking cuts are delicious. They come from our naturally-raised grass fed and grain finished Wagyu cross herd, so it’s all the craft beef goodness from our farm. Sure, it’s no surprise our dry-aged steaks are a draw for folks, but it would be a big miss not to add a slow cooking cut or two to your basket.
